The Memory Medallion is easy to use. Simply open the Medallion cover and touch the wand to the stainless steel disc to download the image and life story of someone special.

Two steps must be taken to access the information on the Memory Medallion. If a handheld computer is being used, the handheld must be synced to your laptop or desktop. If Microsoft Active Sync is not already installed on your computer, it can be obtained via free download from www.microsoft.com.

The next and final step is to install the Memory Medallion software. This software can be loaded from the Memory Medallion CD-Rom or a a free download from www.memorymedallion.com. Just choose the laptop or handheld version and begin the download.
